I grew up in Southern New Mexico on my families ranch. I graduated high school from a virtual school out of New Mexico with a year and half of college completed as dual credit at NMSU. I then received my undergraduate degrees from NMJC and SWOSU while competing as an athlete on their women's' rodeo teams. I have lived in Oklahoma for the past 3 years and have loved every minute of it! I have lived in Weatherford, Ponca City, and now Crescent! While I enjoy my days making science fun as the Middle School Science teacher at E-School Virtual Charter Academy I still compete as a rodeo athlete, take care of our cattle, and horses on the weekends! I had many great influences while completing high school virtually which led me to pursing a career path as a virtual teacher. I believe that virtual learning opens many doors for students in a wide range of situations and I am glad I get to be apart of shaping each one of my virtual students education and encouraging them to reach their academia goals!
